If I recall from what I was originally told about the HERMES, the timing can be strange. Perhaps this 'upgrade' is more akin to a letter, and will take time.

Though, they have been seeing them, at the very least.

I've been here a lot this week, and I figured this was probably as good a place to be as any. I didn't think there'd be this many people, but I'm kind of glad for it. It's...easier when you know where, like, half of the ship is.
